Philippe Weiss Discusses Benefits of Profit Sharing on WGN Radio (Chicago)

WGN Radio (Chicago) interviewed Seyfarth at Work President Philippe Weiss in its “Wintrust Business Lunch” segment on June 18. Weiss discussed a growing recognition among businesses (including many smaller employers) of the benefits of aligning employee incentives with the company’s success.

“Whether it is giving employees a stock option, giving them stock, or showing them how they will get a bonus based on net profits, there are a lot of ways you can give some profit and companies are finding there are real benefits for doing so.”
