Philippe Weiss Discusses Global Results Bonuses on WGN Radio (Chicago)

WGN Radio (Chicago) interviewed Seyfarth at Work President Philippe Weiss in its “Wintrust Business Lunch” segment on October 8. Weiss discussed how companies are embracing a trend of allocating a greater proportion of employee compensation to “global results bonuses.”

“Global results bonuses are bonuses that are based on how the entire organization performs – profitability, productivity, stock price, etc. - at the expense of somewhat lower salaries.”
