The current political climate, changes to the make-up of the Supreme Court and the Department of Labor, and advances in technology will bring more change than ever to the workplace, with new issues being considered and debated from the Boardroom to the highest level of government. We will consider employers’ options for addressing and limiting political discourse and disputes at work and discuss emerging tensions between religious liberty and LGBT rights in the workplace. We will also look ahead at future trends, including what a restructured Supreme Court and Department of Labor means for employers.
