The far reach of COVID-19 continues to shift the legislative landscape as businesses try to keep up. This webinar provides an overview of where things currently stand, in addition to valuable insight on the Main Street Lending program and various SBA assistance programs. Panelists also give a practical review of important provisions of the recently released guidance and forgiveness application for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)—including treatment of paid and incurred expenses, calculation of potential reductions of forgiveness, safe harbors from reduction of forgiveness amount and computing full time equivalents and still unresolved issues—and conclude with a live Q&A session.
