Webinar Recording: Returning to the New Normal—What New England Employers Need to Know

This informative webinar focused on the challenges that New England employers face as shelter-in-place orders are lifted and employees begin to physically return to work. Topics presented focus on issues that are unique to Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Rhode Island, including:
- Determining which employees will return to work, and when and how to bring them back
- Maintaining a safe workplace, including conducting screenings and developing other health and safety protocols
- Communicating to employees regarding COVID-19 related issues, including how and what to communicate
- Understanding and implementing CDC and local social distancing guidelines
This recording is eligible for CLE credit in CA, IL, NY, and NJ. Credit is pending in TX. All other jurisdictions will be applied for as requested, but please note that not all states allow for distance learning so some states will be ineligible.
