"Don't Fear the Foreign Buyer"

Seyfarth Shaw partner Robert Bodansky was published in the Washington Business Journal on March 24. Robert's article addressed government contractors, and it discussed foreign company acquisitions as requiring little "additional effort or expense" when compared to completing them domestically. The one caveat was that it could take additional time.

Robert put forth the step-by-step process for completing these transactions forward, and he concluded by advising government contractors to avoid restricting their "potential pool of buyers by closing the door on foreign ownership."
