Robert Milligan, partner in the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment Departments and co-chair of the firm's Trade Secrets, Computer Fraud & Non-Competes practice group in Los Angeles, was appointed Special Advisor to the Specialized IP Law Division in the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Intellectual Property Law for the 2017-2018 association year.

Since 1894, the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law has advanced the development of intellectual property laws, and their fair and just administration.
