Seyfarth Adds Corporate Team of Michael Jordan and Evan Sarosi in Chicago

CHICAGO (April 18, 2022) -- Seyfarth announced today the arrivals of partner Michael Jordan and senior counsel Evan Sarosi to the firm’s Corporate department and Institutional Investors practice group in Chicago. Jordan and Sarosi join from Ice Miller where they were both members of the firm’s Business Group.

For more than 25 years, Jordan has represented governmental and private pension funds, state sovereign wealth funds, university endowments, national banks, insurance companies, registered investment advisers, family offices, and other institutional investors in their private markets investment transactions. Jordan received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School and earned a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Sarosi advises institutional investors on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions involving debt and equity offerings. He earned his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, his M.P.A. from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs, and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
