Seyfarth Advises Joint Venture in Repositioning of New York Retail Facility

NEW YORK (January 19, 2015) – Seyfarth Shaw LLP advised a joint venture led by affiliates of Aurora Capital Associates LLC in connection with the repositioning of a retail facility in the meatpacking district in Manhattan which included a $60 million financing from Wells Fargo, Bank N.A.
