Seyfarth and Four Firm Lawyers Named as Top Authors in JD Supra's 2025 Readers' Choice Awards

March 4, 2025 - Seyfarth Shaw LLP and four firm lawyers were singled out in the 2025 JD Supra Readers' Choice Awards, which acknowledges top authors and firms for their thought leadership in key topics during all of last year.

Seyfarth’s April 23, 2024 article, FTC Non-Compete Ban: What You Need to Know , was ranked as one of the top read articles in Labor & Employment on JD Supra. The article delved deeply into the ramifications of the FTC’s decision that day which prohibited an employer from entering into, or attempting to enter into, a non-compete clause with a “worker” (including, e.g., employees and independent contractors) or representing that a worker is subject to a non-compete clause.
