Seyfarth and Lexology Release Updated Overview of Digital Health in the United States (2023 Edition)

Seyfarth’s Health Care group has partnered again with Lexology Getting the Deal Through (GTDT) to release an updated overview of legal issues affecting the US digital health space. In 2020, the firm was asked by Lexology GTDT to participate, and exclusively represent the United States, in an annual global survey of experts in this practice area. Through the survey, Seyfarth attorneys answer a series of questions related to the state of digital health in our country. Responses from around the world are then compiled by Lexology and circulated to over 700,000 subscribers, including in-house counsel, government agencies, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, private clients, and heads of business (among others).
