Seyfarth Reaffirms Commitment to Mansfield Certification to Foster Inclusion and Belonging

(August 14, 2024) - Seyfarth has proudly reaffirmed its commitment to Mansfield Certification for 2024–2025. The firm has once again been ranked by Diversity Lab as a True Trailblazer, having joined Mansfield in its initial year of 2017.

Diversity Lab’s most recognized pilot, the Mansfield Rule, is a year-long structured certification process designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms and legal departments has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership.
