Earlier this month, Seyfarth represented BentallGreenOak, on behalf of an institutional client, in its $164 million acquisition of a single-tenant industrial warehouse property in Somerset County, New Jersey.

BentallGreenOak is an international real estate investment advisor with over $48 billion in assets under management.
