Seyfarth Represents Contegix in its Majority Equity Sale to Strattam Capital

Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented Contegix, an Atlassian application hosting provider and a regional leader in cloud hosting, in connection with the sale of its majority share to Strattam Capital, a leading private equity firm based in Austin and San Francisco.

Founded in 2004, but with roots that date back to 2002, Contegix is a cloud computing, colocation and managed hosting company that delivers go beyond support to a wide variety of global customers.

The Seyfarth team was led by partner Andrew J. Sherman and included Fredric Singerman, Raymond Baldwin, Thomas Haag, Stanley Jutkowitz, John Tomaszewski, Nicholas Rosenberg and Shannyn Piper.
