Seyfarth Represents Grossman Companies in $11.4 Million Dedham Investment

Seyfarth represented The Grossman Companies, Inc. in its purchase of 80,000 square feet of commercial real estate property on Route One in Dedham, MA, which was the back end of a complex 1031 transaction. The front end involved the sale of five large parcels of industrial property located in East Boston, Massachusetts along McClellan Highway.

According to The Real Reporter, Seyfarth’s Real Estate and Corporate team advised the McClellan Highway legal maneuvers and undertakings that Jacob Grossman said were “pretty complicated” on top of being chock full of 1031 regulations whose non-compliance can lead to onerous results.
