Seyfarth Represents LBA Realty in its $1.5 Billion Portfolio Sale to Blackstone

Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented LBA Realty LLC in its $1.5 billion portfolio sale to Blackstone, one of the world’s leading investment firms. The portfolio is comprised of 46 industrial properties on the West Coast totaling 12 million square feet of logistics centers.
