Seyfarth Represents Midtown Equities LLC and its affiliates in Multimillion Real Estate Restructuring of Soho House in New York

NEW YORK (January 20, 2015) – Seyfarth Shaw LLP advised Midtown Equities in connection with a real estate restructuring of the Soho House at 33 Ninth Avenue in New York. The restructuring of the property included repurchase of a commercial condominium and a 3 tranche financing in an aggregate amount of $127.5 million.
