Seyfarth Shaw’s Real Estate Practice acted on behalf of clients in three of Real Estate Alert’s “Largest Transactions in 2014.” In the fourth largest industrial-property transaction of 2014, the Real Estate team advised RREEF in the sale of RREEF National Portfolio to Greenfield Partners for $390 million. In addition, the team was involved in the fourth largest hotel transaction of 2014, representing Washington Real Estate in the $316.9 million sale of the St. Regis Monarch Beach Hotel in Dana Pt., California to KSL Capital.
