Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were featured in a July 26 story from Law.com, “With California DAs Suing ADA Law Firms, a Broad National Dip in New Federal Filings.” According to Seyfarth, the volume of federal ADA Title III lawsuits fell 22% nationwide year over year from the first half of 2021. Seyfarth’s Kristina Launey said that the falloff in the first half of 2022 surprised her less than the steady year-over-year increases in filings over the past few years.
