Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were referenced in a November 3 story from Forbes, “What Is ADA Compliance And Why Does It Matter?” According to Seyfarth, approximately 11,053 ADA Title III federal lawsuits were filed in 2019; this was an increase of 9% since 2018, and a 400% increase since 2013.
