Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were referenced in a July 13 story from Gizmodo, “Gimlet Media Sued for Not Making Podcasts Accessible to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.” According to Seyfarth, 2,256 suits were filed against websites under the ADA in 2019. You can read the full article here.
