Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were referenced in a September 29 story from the New York Law Journal, “Pointing to Pandemic-Fueled 'Surge,' Research Company Says 70% of ADA Website-Accessibility Lawsuits Now Filed in NY.” According to Seyfarth, in 2019 there were 1,354 website-accessibility suits launched in New York’s federal courts.
