Seyfarth’s ADA statistics were referenced in a June 19 story from Witty Sparks, “What is web accessibility and how to become ADA compliant.” According to Seyfarth, in 2018, there were 2,285 lawsuits filed because of ADA web accessibility and another 2256 filed in 2019.
