Seyfarth’s Ari Hersher Named a National Law Journal 2020 “Trailblazer” for Crisis Leadership

Seyfarth’s Ari Hersher, partner in the firm's Labor & Employment department in San Francisco, was named a 2020 “Trailblazer” for Crisis Leadership by the National Law Journal.

Ari Hersher partnered with the Schmidt Family Foundation’s legal department, Hillspire, to develop an innovative program providing fully subsidized legal services to foundation grantees.

Hersher worked with the Seyfarth Labs development team to build a free web-based portal allowing nonprofit and charitable grantees of the Schmidt Family Foundation access to, and funding for, COVID-related legal advice.

Hersher hopes to expand the program to help additional grantees and continue to use this support model after the pandemic has passed.
