Seyfarth’s Tracee Davis Named to the PrivSec 200 List of East Coast Data Privacy Professionals

Seyfarth’s Tracee Davis, partner in the firm’s Litigation department and Global Privacy & Security team in New York, was named to the PrivSec 200 List of East Coast Data Privacy Professionals.

Tracee is an experienced litigator and a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Technology in the Law. A former Adjunct Professor of Law at New York Law School, she still gives lectures on data privacy, information governance, and automated decisions through the use of AI.

Focused on emerging risk of litigation, Davis is a certified information privacy professional (CIPP/US) servicing mid-market and institutional clients in performing internal risk and compliance assessments, developing comprehensive privacy programs, conducting third-party vendor audits and devising corporate governance protocols.
