Steve Shardonofsky was quoted in an October 14 story from The Wall Street Journal, “Covid-19 Vaccine-Mandate Bans Tread on Uncertain Legal Ground.” Shardonofsky said it is uncertain if the vaccine mandate ban covers employees working remotely in Texas for out-of-state companies, and it was also unclear whether companies located in Texas can be fined for not accommodating out-of-state workers who refused to be vaccinated.
