About the Program

Alan Yoshitake, as the head of Trusts and Estates practice of Seyfarth, will discuss the key legal issues concerning tax planning and asset preservation for foreigner’s assets in US, both for non-resident and aliens and resident aliens. Kurt Kawafuchi, an experienced tax lawyer as well as the former State Tax Commissioner of the State of Hawaii Department of Taxation, will share views and latest developments from tax practitioner’s perspective.
