About the Program

The COVID-19 pandemic has left our country in crisis and has radically changed how we work, connect with each other, and manage our responsibilities. Organizations and companies across the country have also felt a financial impact. At times like this, diversity and inclusion can get moved to the back burner. This discussion among bar association leaders addresses why we must not let this happen, how their organizations are prioritizing inclusion and diversity, what they expect legal department and law firms to do to maintain inclusion and diversity progress, and strategies for maintaining effective allyship.
