With the rapidly changing and increasingly complex regulatory and economic landscape, it is more important than ever to stay informed on the state of the capital markets. Seyfarth Shaw LLP invites you to join us for a panel discussion on positioning your business for success in the current environment, with an emphasis on current trends in microcap and mid-size equity and debt capital markets transactions. We'll also cover how best to navigate the securities and corporate governance rules and U.S. securities law requirements.
The event will be moderated by Blake Hornick, Chair of the national Capital Markets group and Partner at Seyfarth Shaw. The panelists will include:
- Anthony Krug, Chief Financial Officer at Mack-Cali. Mr. Krug is responsible for Mack-Cali's strategic financial planning and forecasting, financial accounting, reporting and compliance, capital markets activities, investor relations, and information technology systems.
- David Bukzin, Partner-in-Charge, New York City and the National Head of the SEC Practice at Marcum, LLP. Mr. Bukzin has more than 20 years experience consulting clients with SEC policies, practices and procedures and has an in-depth knowledge of the finance and management of closely-held businesses. Marcum is one of the Top 10 auditors of public companies in the US.
- Charles Baltic, Managing Director and Co-Head of the Investment Banking Healthcare Group at Needham & Company, LLC. Mr. Baltic has over 20 years of experience working with life sciences and healthcare companies in a significant variety of transactional contexts.
