Webinar Recording: Updates on California Pay Reporting Requirements
The California pay data reporting deadline, applicable to all employers with employees who live or work in California, is quickly approaching on March 31, 2021. On February 1st, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing issued key communications that employers need to determine how to gather and meet the reporting requirements. In this webinar, we dive into the new filing requirements, format, and specifications for the brand new California pay data collection reports.

- Who must report under California’s pay reporting law;
- What information must be reported;
- Who must be included in the reports;
- Nuanced interpretations of the reporting requirements and frequently asked questions; and
