Zach Jacobson to Speak on ABA Panel on Government Contract Claims and Litigation of Government Contracts Appeals

Zach Jacobson, an associate in Seyfarth’s Government Contracts practice, will serve as a panelist during a joint meeting of the ABA Public Contract Law Section’s Contract Claims and Disputes Committee and Young Lawyers Committee. The panel discussion, titled “Claims 101: An Introduction to Government Contract Claims and Litigation of Government Contracts Appeals Before the Boards of Contract Appeals and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims,” will cover claim and claim appeal litigation procedures under the Contract Disputes Act. The meeting will be held at the offices of Miller & Chevalier at 900 16th Street NW Black Lives Matter Plaza Washington, DC 20006, on Thursday, July 11 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern. A rooftop reception will follow.

The presentation will be oriented towards summer associates, law clerks, and young lawyers interested in learning more about government contracts claims and related litigation. The panel discussion will be moderated by Evan Sherwood (Special Counsel, Covington & Burling) and panelists include:
