Ala's practice spans single- and multiplaintiff, wage and hour, traditional labor, and ESG work at all stages of litigation, as well as preemptively counseling clients through day-to-day legal challenges. She represents and counsels clients in matters implicating the Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII, Family Medical Leave Act, ADEA, and AIR21, among other employment laws.
Ala is intrigued by how the ever-changing social and political climates impact labor and employment laws.
