Alex's practice encompasses a variety of transactional real estate and corporate, commercial finance, and land use matters, including acquisitions and dispositions; acquisition, construction, mezzanine, and permanent financings; development projects and entitlements; joint ventures; and entity formation and organizational restructuring. He has worked on over $3 billion in transactions involving portfolios and single assets, including office, industrial, hotel, multifamily, retail, charter school, and agricultural properties.
