She assists clients with corresponding with the Internal Revenue Service, US Department of Labor, and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation regarding plan corrections, plan terminations, audits, plan qualification submissions, and other legal matters.
Alisha works closely with a myriad of different-sized employers across various industries. When assisting clients, she leverages her background working in-house at a Fortune 200 company, as well as her law firm experience.
