With Seyfarth Link, Seyfarth's web-based client collaboration platform, clients gain real-time access to features that are pertinent to our engagement, including matter management, matter status reporting, dashboard reporting, and easy access to shared information. Clients are our No. 1 priority at Seyfarth, so whatever they need, we work our hardest to accommodate them. 

As a support engineer, Drew's mandate is to provide exceptional client service in support of Seyfarth Link. Whether he's troubleshooting technical issues or assisting with client-focused solution configuration, he's passionate about helping people solve complex problems, while providing an excellent experience.

Drew began working in the Seyfarth mailroom and was given an opportunity to join the Seyfarth Labs team as a support engineer. Working in the mailroom provided Drew with the customer service that he now utilizes when speaking with both external and internal Seyfarth clients. This customer service allows Drew to deliver an exceptional experience for all clients who use Seyfarth Link.

Drew enjoys working with technology and having the ability to assists people in any way that he can. He also enjoys being on a team that has no limits when it comes to utilizing technology for the good of the firm.
