Anne focuses her practice on representing clients in real estate transactions. She has represented property owners and real estate developers in negotiating commercial and industrial leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and other commercial real estate agreements.

In addition to her transactional practice, Anne has a technical background in hydrology and assists clients with environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, and insurance recovery for environmental liabilities related to property development and leases.
