Barry's real estate practice has encompassed, among other areas, mortgage financing; loan workouts; acquisition and sale of residential, commercial and mixed use properties; commercial leasing, subleasing and related agreements for both owners and tenants; conversions of properties to cooperative and condominium status; and general representation of cooperative corporations and condominium associations. His corporate practice has included general corporate and commercial matters; limited liability company, partnership and commercial transactions; employment, independent contractor and license agreements; corporate financings; equipment purchases and financing; mergers and acquisitions; and resolving contentious ownership and management transitions.
Barry regularly counsels the firm’s clients with regard to all types of business and real estate matters and negotiating aspects of ongoing transactions as well as those relating to estate planning and wealth preservation.
