Workplace laws are complicated and dynamic, especially for those who do business in California. Clients look to Brad for practical and innovative solutions to the legal, strategic, and operational challenges presented by wage-hour, privacy, safety, and employment law questions. He works to defend employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation.
Brad has a broad range of experience to assist clients with their labor and employment matters. Brad began his legal career as a general litigator representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of disputes before shifting primarily to employment law. Brad has defended both private and public entities in single-plaintiff lawsuits, complex wage and hour claims, and construction and general business disputes. Brad also routinely assists clients with matters of workplace violence against employees and customers. Additionally, Brad has experience defending employers in Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) litigation in both state and federal courts and real estate companies in tenant screening litigation involving the Investigative Consumer Reporting Agencies Act (ICRAA).
Brad looks forward to working with clients from various industries on matters of contract formation and negotiation, risk management, liability defense, and employment and human resource issues to help minimize litigation and workplace issues in general.
