Brianna advises clients from a wide range of industries on developing, implementing, and operating their employee benefit programs, with a focus on retirement plans and health and welfare plans. She guides clients through the legal matters of corporate transactions—assisting them with risk assessments, plan mergers and terminations, creating new benefit platforms, and other potential employee benefit issues. Brianna helps clients with plan documents, plan amendments, and participant communication materials, and has experience representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the US Department of Labor (DOL), the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, and drafting corrective filings under the IRS and DOL correction programs. She has represented large and small employers alike.
