Brooke defends employers against claims such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under federal, state, and local laws in New York and New Jersey. Additionally, Brooke defends employers against unfair labor practice charges and in labor arbitration proceedings, counsels clients on union organizing and collective bargaining issues, and provides related management training.

Brooke’s prior experience as vice president at a representations and warranties insurance brokerage also provides her with a unique perspective to guide insurance carriers through the transactional underwriting process. Representation and warranties insurance policies are issued by insurance carriers on mergers and acquisitions and are essential for protecting buyers against unknown losses. Clients look to Brooke for practical legal advice regarding due diligence and assessment of key transactional risks that arise during the underwriting process of a deal.
