Carrie represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including advice, counseling and litigation in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies. Carrie’s litigation experience includes court appearances and arbitration and mediation proceedings on behalf of companies across a multitude of industries. Carrie expertly handles cases of employment discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour claims, fraud and breach of contract. Carrie’s additional experience includes appearances before the Labor Commissioner defending wage and hour claims, and numerous claims before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
