Examples of Catherine's recent experience include:

  • Representation of a national retail client in the redevelopment of more than 60 stores, including the identification and analysis of redevelopment constraints, drafting and negotiation of third-party approvals and amendments, and project management
  • Representation of a $355 million co-lender loan secured by a 39-building portfolio of industrial facilities located in Miami, Florida
  • Representation of a $60 million mortgage and mezzanine loan secured, in part, by a hotel located in California
  • Representation of a $39 million co-lender construction loan secured by a property in Birmingham, Alabama to be redeveloped into a mixed-use complex under a Brownfields program
  • Representation of a $29 million loan secured by a multifamily property located in North Carolina to borrower group structured as tenants-in-common

While in law school, Catherine worked as a student attorney in Emory's Turner Environmental Law Clinic, where she gained experience navigating regulatory compliance on a local and national level.
