Chris represents government contractors in audits by the US Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. He has gained a deep understanding of the strategic and practical considerations of compliance with Executive Order 11246, VEVRAA, and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act. His experience includes the creation and review of affirmative action plans, the analysis and remedy of pay disparities, and the analysis of hire promotion and termination records to address potential claims of hiring disparities. Chris also assists employers with the requirements of state affirmative action plans, state pay transparency laws, and various other employment data reports.
