Increasingly aggressive legal and regulatory developments are placing new demands on employer practices, policies, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Clients routinely turn to Christy for guidance on legal matters related to data analytics, including OFCCP audit defense, pay equity analysis, adverse impact analysis, affirmative action compliance, DE&I analysis, and reduction in force analysis.
