Cristen represents clients in complex and high-stakes employment litigation matters in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. She has litigated all types disputes, including harassment, whistleblower, and discrimination claims, as well as class actions, reaching favorable resolutions for her clients. She has represented public and private companies in litigation across multiple industries, such as heath care, technology, manufacturing, hospitality, and retail.

Additionally, Cristen counsels clients on day-to-day workplace compliance, including hiring and terminations, leaves and accommodations, large-scale layoffs, compensation and equity, and employee classifications. She designs workplace policies and procedures that offer creative solutions to address a wide range of employment law issues, including new and developing areas of the law.

Cristen also has experience supporting and advising on her clients’ corporate transactions. She has performed due diligence of contracts and policies to determine the impact of employment considerations on deal strategy and structure.
