Daniel is an impassioned, precise, and creative litigator who deep-dives into any complex commercial litigation issue and sees it to successful resolution for his clients.

Daniel has experience litigating from both sides of the courtroom as defense and plaintiff’s counsel. He litigates matters involving breaches, violations, and noncompliance. Daniel’s legal experience ranges from civil to criminal cases, including insider trading and securities litigation, shareholder disputes, consumer protection actions, wrongful termination and non-compete issues, high-stakes contract disputes, catastrophic torts, and government-agency investigations.

Daniel brings a sincere mindfulness to his clients’ unique challenges and concerns, as well as a vested commitment to achieving successful outcomes. In his practice, strategizing and crafting strong arguments for his clients are the most satisfying components of his work.
