Danielle represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including claims brought under the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and related local statutes. She also represents employers in various wage and hour matters, including California Private Attorney General Act and Class Actions. Danielle regularly defends clients against claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also provides general compliance counseling and advice, including but not limited to, EEO, COVID-19 regulations, Families First Coronavirus Response Act, and Family and Medical Leave Act.
