More About Danny

Danny works with the eDiscovery and Information Governance group and the Commercial Litigation group at Seyfarth. He assists Seyfarth attorneys as they provide clients with privacy counseling and legal advice on domestic and international privacy and security frameworks. He has assisted with drafting privacy policies, handling regulatory compliance, managing data breach responses, and developing information governance strategies.

When collaborating with his team, Danny works on a wide range of privacy and information governance matters. He supports attorneys by drafting legal memoranda, privacy policies, and data processing agreements tailored to their clients’ specific needs and industries. Danny also assists with privacy litigation, including BIPA and CIPA class actions. By providing legal research, drafting motions, and reviewing client communications for potential regulatory risks, Danny helps his team develop comprehensive, long-term solutions that mitigate risks and ensure compliance with domestic and international privacy frameworks.

During law school, Danny clerked at Seyfarth for 2 ½  years, where he gained significant experience in data privacy and security law, information governance, and litigation.
