More About Danny

With the ever-changing laws surrounding transactional commercial real estate and the various regulatory systems that come into play in a given deal, the overall picture can often seem daunting, overwhelming, and riddled with uncertainties. Clients need someone like Danny who confidently approaches every situation with an attitude of “we will get this done,” while meticulously helping those clients navigate to their desired end result.

Danny has worked in both transactional commercial real estate and the regulatory side of residential real estate. He has experience in contract review, negotiation, and drafting in a commercial real estate transactions environment for clients handling mortgage loans and acquisitions. Danny has an understanding of the intricacies involved in the underlying corporate structure and debt financing aspects of commercial real estate. He also worked several years as a real estate paralegal and assisted residential developer clients in resolving legal matters connected to the development of condominium, single family, and mixed-use communities.

Even when the latest and greatest technological resources are at their disposal, many attorneys often choose to merely “stick with what works,” even if it involves practices that are antiquated and rather than adapting to something new that has the potential to improve the efficiency and reliability of solving a client’s problems. Danny maintains an open-minded approach that embraces the implementation of new and improved strategies into his practice, aided and guided by the best technological advances.

Danny loves the problem-solving aspect of transactional work and enjoys collaborating with clients and Seyfarth colleagues to work through each issue that arises in a given situation.
