Dawn has invested her entire career into the growth and performance of Seyfarth. She joined the firm in 1985, moving into diverse roles touching nearly every area of Seyfarth’s operations. Today, as chief marketing & business development officer, Dawn oversees an elite team of marketing, business development, practice management, communication, and pricing professionals who support the firm’s clients and attorneys.
Dawn’s team helps our attorneys deliver “the Seyfarth Experience,” from driving awareness of the firm’s services and reputation, to consulting on pricing and alternative fee arrangements. Under Dawn’s leadership, the team guides Seyfarth attorneys to drive revenue growth and collaboration across practices and offices. The marketing group builds brand awareness and differentiation, internally and externally. In collaboration with firm leadership, she and her team also drive programs for client engagement and feedback. Drawing on her deep involvement in the business and practice of the firm, she is also instrumental in creating mutually beneficial alternative fee arrangements for our clients.
Dawn works closely with the legal recruiting and talent development teams to ensure lateral hiring is aligned with our growth strategies and that our associates are getting the business development training needed to advance in their careers.
